At Effeta Wellness Center, we extend our mental health and Catholic counseling services to support and enrich the Catholic community beyond our clinic. We accompany families, individuals, and Church leaders in their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through:

• Spiritual and healing retreats: Oriented toward spouses, parents, and children, among others, integrating psychology and faith based on Catholic doctrine as the center of the retreats.

• Mission trips: Including retreats and professional counseling care to low-income families in different states.

• Workshops and conferences: In-person and virtual training sessions on how to integrate psychoeducation and the Catholic faith. 

• Certifications: Specialized training programs through the Instituto Católico Psicología y Fe, for members of the clergy and laity.
